Rapping about money management is virtually unheard of these days. Las Vegas teenager Syretha Shirley decided to change that.
Syretha recently won the Money Matters Music Mogul contest, which challenges teens develop music that encourages teenagers to exercise financial responsibility. The contest was sponsored by the Boys & Girls Club of America and the Charles Schwab Foundation. As a result of winning, Syretha won a $500 scholarship.
Now this is something I like to see. I know some adults that could benefit from listening to this song as well.
